Policy & Code of Conductcy

1. Account Integrity & Security

• One User, One Account: Access to Orthosphere is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with colleagues or students is strictly prohibited.
• Credential Protection: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. Any suspicious activity should be reported to support immediately.

2. Academic Integrity

• Zero Tolerance for Cheating: The portal is designed for self-evaluation and growth. Use of external aids, “brain dumps,” or unauthorized collaboration during timed evaluations is prohibited.
• Original Work: All responses provided in clinical case study modules must be the user’s own work.

3. Intellectual Property

• Content Protection: All test questions, clinical images, 3D models, and proprietary “Advanced Classroom” graphics are the property of Orthosphere.
• No Redistribution: Users may not record, screenshot, download, or distribute portal content. Violation of this will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.

4. Payment & Access

• Subscription Terms: Access to premium evaluation modules is granted only upon successful payment.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are generally not provided once a test module has been started.
• Service Continuity: Orthosphere reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance to keep the “Advanced Classroom” updated. Users will be notified 24 hours in advance.

5. Professional Conduct

• Community Forums: If using the discussion boards, users must maintain a professional and respectful tone. Bullying, harassment, or derogatory language toward peers or instructors will not be tolerated.
• Data Privacy: Users must not upload real patient data that contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to comply with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
