- One User, One Account: Access to Orthosphere is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with colleagues or students is strictly prohibited.
- Credential Protection: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. Any suspicious activity should be reported to support immediately.
2. Academic Integrity
- Zero Tolerance for Cheating: The portal is designed for self-evaluation and growth. Use of external aids, “brain dumps,” or unauthorized collaboration during timed evaluations is prohibited.
- Original Work: All responses provided in clinical case study modules must be the user’s own work.
3. Intellectual Property
- Content Protection: All test questions, clinical images, 3D models, and proprietary “Advanced Classroom” graphics are the property of Orthosphere.
- No Redistribution: Users may not record, screenshot, download, or distribute portal content. Violation of this will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
4. Payment & Access
- Subscription Terms: Access to premium evaluation modules is granted only upon successful payment.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are generally not provided once a test module has been started.
- Service Continuity: Orthosphere reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance to keep the “Advanced Classroom” updated. Users will be notified 24 hours in advance.
5. Professional Conduct
- Community Forums: If using the discussion boards, users must maintain a professional and respectful tone. Bullying, harassment, or derogatory language toward peers or instructors will not be tolerated.
- Data Privacy: Users must not upload real patient data that contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to comply with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
Failure to comply with these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your Orthosphere account without a refund
